From the submissions (which met the set category criteria) a group of finalists was chosen.  The winners were then selected along with standout finalists, which are awarded as official finalists.

NEXT NATURE HABITAT VR is a creative 360° video, which skillfully utilizes the VR medium and narration to take the viewer on a captivating thought-provoking visual trip about alternative habitats for humankind.


Angela Kea - NEWS REPORT: INDIA'S WASTE PROBLEM.
The jury's motivation:
NEWS REPORT: INDIA'S WASTE PROBLEM is a 360° video about India's huge waste problem and it strengthens the impact of the message by effectively putting the viewer on a street in India amidst the waste and those affected by it.

Marijke Sjollema - SWIM WITH WILD DOLPHINS
The jury's motivation:
SWIM WITH WILD DOLPHINS is a tranquil meditative 360° video experience, which reminds us of the beauty of our world and the enchanting nature of dolphins.

Ruben Dahlstrand, Peter Hamlin, Antonia Pehrson - HABITAT 47
The jury's motivation:
HABITAT 47 is a short sci-fi VR experience with a retro feeling design and a story that warns us of an uninhabitable earth, while also effectively providing hope by interactively showing a functional habitat on Mars.
